💼 About This Role

You'll build and run the onboarding and support model for our Private 9fin product, a platform for sensitive credit market documents. You'll be the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth onboarding, access management, and support. This role offers real ownership and visibility from day one at a fast-growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full onboarding journey for new clients from kickoff to go-live
• Track platform usage, troubleshoot issues, and provide hands-on support
• Design scalable documentation and training materials
• Manage client permissions and access settings per security policies

📋 Requirements

• Experience in onboarding or account management in SaaS or fintech
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Good technical instincts to troubleshoot tools and explain systems
• High attention to detail and project management skills
