💼 About This Role

You'll run the operating cadence for Product & Engineering, owning planning cycles and optimizing key processes. You'll coordinate cross-functional initiatives and build scalable frameworks for goal-setting to drive execution and outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to shape internationalization operations from scratch at a fast-growing AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run operating cadence for Product & Engineering including planning cycles and sprint planning
• Design and optimize key processes like product reviews and engineering demos
• Build and maintain operational artifacts such as roadmaps and dashboards
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Eng, Design, Brand, Sales, and Ops

📋 Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, or Program Management
• Proven track record building and scaling operational processes from scratch
• Highly organized with ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations
• Excellent written and verbal communicator across stakeholders and levels

• Experience at an early-stage startup or scaling product org
• Familiarity with OKR frameworks, roadmap tools, or product analytics platforms
• Background in product management, engineering, or consulting/strategy
