🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic cross-functional programmes
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Compliance teams
• Establish scalable programme structure, governance, and reporting
• Manage risk in a regulated environment and resolve issues

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in programme delivery within fintech or financial services
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional initiatives in regulated environments
• Experience with externally-facing programmes like partnerships or product launches
• Strong programme structuring and stakeholder management skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as PSD2, AML, GDPR
• Experience with delivery tools like Jira and Smartsheets
• Working knowledge of payments ecosystems and APIs
