🎯 What You'll Do

• Design research and evaluation strategies for organizational health and talent outcomes.
• Conduct fairness, validity, and measurement-invariance analyses for people processes.
• Apply statistical modeling and machine learning to inform program design and impact.
• Build scalable people science infrastructure and self-service analytical tools.

📋 Requirements

• Deep expertise in research design, experimentation, and causal inference.
• High proficiency in R or Python and SQL with messy datasets.
• Experience building measurement systems, research programs, and reusable analytics frameworks.
• Ability to communicate complex methods to senior leaders and non-technical audiences.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience evaluating AI-assisted workflows and human-AI decision processes.
• Advanced degree in I-O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Statistics, or related field; PhD preferred.
