Description

As a Principal Enterprise Applications Engineer at Roblox, you will plan, design, implement, and maintain company-wide SaaS applications and tools. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure enterprise technology aligns with business goals, focusing on self-service and efficiency.

Requirements

• 6+ years IT experience with 3+ years in enterprise SaaS applications
• Deep experience with SSO/SAML/IAM systems, especially Okta
• Strong IT security background with policy implementation
• Experience in compliance, audits, disaster recovery, and SOX controls
• Experience with API integration and cloud applications

Responsibilities

• Administer core identity and collaboration platforms (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Zoom, etc.)
• Own complex team-level projects from inception to implementation
• Assess business requirements and recommend scalable solutions
• Automate manual processes via scripts or workflows
• Create and maintain standards, procedures, and documentation
