💼 About This Role

You'll execute HR systems and operational support for the People Operations function at Voltus, a leading virtual power plant operator. Your work will ensure people programs run smoothly and accurately, directly supporting the mission to accelerate the energy transition through distributed energy resources.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer HR systems and ensure data accuracy across HRIS and PEO platforms.
• Serve as first point of contact for People Ops inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
• Develop and prepare people metrics reports on turnover, engagement, and headcount.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in People Operations.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience across all aspects of people operations.
• Proven critical thinking and analytical skills with independent work capability.
• Subject-matter expertise in HR systems and processes including legal and compliance.
• Capability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
