You'll be a key member of the Managed Services team, troubleshooting desktop and server issues for a diverse range of technologies. Your core impact is acting as the primary contact for incident and request management, ensuring smooth operations for enterprise clients.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Take client phone calls and open Incident or Request tickets
  • Monitor ticket queue and triage incidents by severity
  • Troubleshoot hardware, OS, remote access, and cloud technologies
  • Perform user account management (creation, password reset, groups)

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years Help Desk/Service Desk experience at enterprise level
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Windows Server OS
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory or Entra ID
  • Experience with Service Now and Microsoft 365 applications

โœจ Nice to Have

  • 4+ years of total Help Desk experience
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure
