๐ผ About This Role
You'll be a key member of the Managed Services team, troubleshooting desktop and server issues for a diverse range of technologies. Your core impact is acting as the primary contact for incident and request management, ensuring smooth operations for enterprise clients.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Take client phone calls and open Incident or Request tickets
- Monitor ticket queue and triage incidents by severity
- Troubleshoot hardware, OS, remote access, and cloud technologies
- Perform user account management (creation, password reset, groups)
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years Help Desk/Service Desk experience at enterprise level
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Windows Server OS
- Basic understanding of Active Directory or Entra ID
- Experience with Service Now and Microsoft 365 applications
โจ Nice to Have
- 4+ years of total Help Desk experience
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure
