You'll be the primary daily contact for automotive clients, owning campaign lifecycles from kick-off to delivery. You'll translate client needs into creative briefs, manage financials, and collaborate across a global network, all while deepening expertise in the automotive industry.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in fast-paced agency or high-volume environment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
  • Experience with project management software (Asana, Monday.com, or similar) is a plus
  • Owner mentality with ability to identify gaps and find solutions

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary daily contact for automotive clients, building trust and anticipating needs
  • Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle ensuring deliverables are on-brand, on-time, on-budget
  • Develop deep understanding of automotive landscape including brand strategy and compliance
  • Translate client business needs into actionable creative briefs with strategy and creative teams
  • Oversee project scopes, billing, and cross-functional collaboration across global network
