💼 About This Role

You'll architect and own the governed Snowflake layer at Knak, building per-department views that power AI agents and analytics. Your work directly unblocks projects across Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and Finance. This is a greenfield role with executive visibility and a 90-day implementation plan.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build governed Snowflake views for each department
• Define connection standards for AI agents and applications
• Encode PII scrubbing and compliance as view-level logic
• Modernize analytics codebase with version-controlled dbt models

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in a Data Engineering role
• Expert-level Snowflake experience including views, roles, and governance
• Strong SQL skills and experience with dbt or equivalent
• Experience with PII handling and data compliance

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI agent data pipelines
• Familiarity with Tableau or Mixpanel data layers
• Startup or greenfield data architecture experience
