You will partner with senior leaders and managers in our London office to translate business strategy into a clear people agenda, supporting growth, performance, and culture. Collaborating with Talent Acquisition, you'll drive hiring excellence, workforce planning, and a compelling talent brand across Europe. Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, including direct partnership with senior leaders
- Experience in a high-growth or scaling environment
- Ideally have experience in Consulting, Finance or Private Equity
- Familiarity with UK employment practices; experience supporting other European markets is a plus
- Data-informed approach using people data and metrics
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Broad experience in organizational design, talent management, employee relations, compensation, employee engagement, learning, and performance management
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders and people managers to translate business strategy into a clear people agenda
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition to align on workforce plans and hiring priorities for London and broader Europe
- Advise, coach, and influence management on performance management, learning and development, coaching, career pathing, employee relations, succession planning, compensation, organizational development, training, culture, diversity inclusion, and employee engagement
- Build trusting partnerships with internal clients, acting as a single point of contact across the employee lifecycle
- Champion and embed culture and core values
