You'll coordinate with project staff and clients to meet approval timeframes using our Project Management Information System. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and validate invoices for accuracy and contract compliance
• Coordinate with client staff to process invoices within approval timeframes
• Support month-end close processes
• Interface with project controls staff and contractors for cost inputs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 0+ years of experience in cost, schedule, or project management in construction or engineering
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, Revu Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively

• Experience with Project Management Information Systems like PMWeb or Trimble
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
