💼 About This Role

You'll design and build the systems that power automated lead nurturing and re-engagement flows for a pre-CRM funnel. Your work directly impacts lead-to-close conversion rates, making this a high-leverage engineering role on the Compass Leads platform. You'll own AWS Connect integration and lead readiness scoring.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build the pre-CRM nurturing pipeline
• Own and operate the AWS Connect integration
• Build and maintain unclaimed lead management
• Develop lead readiness scoring for agent assignment
• Architect automated nurture sequences across SMS, email, and voice

📋 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years developing high-performance applications with NodeJS or Python
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven systems
• 3+ years using AWS cloud technologies

✨ Nice to Have

• AWS Connect or similar CCaaS experience
• Lead lifecycle and CRM system familiarity
• Engagement automation pipeline experience
• Lead scoring or ML-based ranking experience
