You'll join Vita Global Sciences' EMEA/APAC team as a hunter recruiter, sourcing Senior Consultants for Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and more. You'll manage end-to-end recruiting and build lasting consultant relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source life science consultants via networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and databases to recruit consultants.
• Manage candidates through submittal, interview, offer, and onboarding.
• Maintain strong profit margins through market knowledge and negotiations.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of agency or CRO recruitment in life sciences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong background in agency recruiting within life sciences.
• Expertise in search techniques using multiple recruiting sources.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with social media sourcing tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of clinical development or regulatory affairs sectors.
• Proven ability to develop revenue-generating marketing initiatives.
