You'll implement the NICE CXone software platform for clients, handling development, testing, and delivery. You'll work hands-on with Contact Center technologies and mentor engineers. This fully remote role is based in the Philippines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop NICE CXone solutions for clients
• Perform unit testing and code reviews
• Mentor software engineers on the team
• Deliver high-quality software on time

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in NICE CXone and UC environments
• 3+ years software development (JavaScript, Python, Java, C++)
• Experience with CCaaS architecture for complex needs
• Ability to work US daytime hours

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• NICE CXone industry certifications
• 1-3 years ASP/.NET experience (C#, VS.Net, XML)
