💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing customer experience at BoxLunch, a pop-culture retailer helping eliminate hunger. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits, assist with daily operations, and drive sales targets, all while ensuring every customer feels welcomed and contributing to meal donations through every purchase.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience using product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Open and close the store, cover sales floor, and provide leadership support when needed.
• Process sales transactions, drive add-on sales, and close out registers.
• Assist with planogram changes, stock room organization, and store tidiness.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
