Description

You will be the face of Carvana, creating an amazing pickup experience for customers at our car Vending Machine. You'll handle customer paperwork, answer questions, and resolve minor technical issues to ensure a memorable experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Able to work a rotating schedule including weekends
• Must obtain a Notary within first 90 days
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Responsibilities

• Create an amazing and memorable pickup experience for customers
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in the tracking system
• Address customer questions and minor technical issues related to the vending machine process
