🎯 What You'll Do

• Design programs to ensure post-sales team product and process knowledge.
• Translate product updates into actionable technical materials.
• Partner with stakeholders for global alignment of post-sales roles.
• Lead enablement sessions and measure effectiveness via support data.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Technical Enablement or Post-Sales in high-tech B2B.
• Advanced knowledge of Cloud Security principles and architecture.
• Experience supporting Professional Services or Technical Support teams.
• Exceptional program management with cross-functional project experience.
