You'll support and resolve user issues across payments and customer operations for Betr's fast-growing gaming super app. Your core impact is ensuring a best-in-class customer experience while monitoring for fraud and irregularities. This role is based in Miami and requires flexibility with nights, weekends, and holidays.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve user issues via email and chat in a timely manner
• Review and approve player deposits and withdrawal requests
• Conduct basic account investigations and due diligence
• Escalate critical site issues to appropriate teams

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a customer-focused role or 1+ year in payments/fraud
• Detail-oriented with data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience with payment providers like PayPal, Online Banking, card processing
• Experience with customer support tools like Intercom
