🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead structural engineering team in bridge design and inspection projects.
• Manage client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Oversee project deliverables, budgets, and QC/QA processes.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Illinois.
• Structural Engineer (SE) license in Illinois.
• Extensive bridge engineering experience with leadership capabilities.
