Description

You will lead a team of Documentation Engineers, establishing scalable documentation standards and processes for a fast-growing AI software delivery platform. You'll drive quality improvements, build cross-functional alignment, and act as a player-coach to elevate documentation across the product portfolio.

Requirements

• 15+ years in technical/developer/product documentation
• 5+ years leading documentation teams as a people manager
• Proven experience setting up documentation processes in dynamic environments
• Demonstrated ability to improve documentation quality at scale
• Strong mentoring and coaching capability

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a Documentation Engineering team
• Establish scalable documentation processes including intake, prioritization, planning, reviews, and release alignment
• Raise documentation quality through governance, templates, checklists, structured reviews, and audits
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Product, Support, DevRel, and Sales Engineering
• Contribute directly to high-impact documentation as needed
