💼 About This Role

You'll work directly with the founder to develop autonomous research systems that ideate, experiment, and improve customer models. You'll RL post-train and fine-tune reasoning models to automate components of the machine learning research process. Collaborate with the engineering team to build and deploy production-ready research systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

📋 Requirements

• PhD or equivalent research experience in CS/ML/AI
• Publishing at top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
• Expertise in training ML models (deep learning, RL, genetic algorithms)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with scalable ML pipelines or large-scale model training over 64+ GPUs
• Background or interest in Automated Scientific Research
