Description
You'll be the face of Clutch at our Ottawa retail location, welcoming customers picking up or selling their vehicle. You'll deliver exceptional service, inspect vehicles for quality, and handle paperwork to ensure a smooth, memorable experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years customer-facing experience
- Valid G driver's license with clean abstract (3 years)
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Minimum 40 hours/week availability including weekends
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues
- Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical quality
- Complete customer paperwork and maintain tracking system
- Assist team members with various tasks as needed
