💼 About This Role

You'll define and build a wedge within the GTME Ecosystem, owning it end-to-end from strategy to execution. You'll compound the ecosystem by making Cohorts, University, Community, and other surface areas better. This is a mini-founder role where you bring the idea, plan, and execution while leveraging our platform, brand, and community.

• Own a wedge end-to-end from strategy to execution.
• Set the roadmap for your wedge and ship in public.
• Compound the ecosystem by improving existing surface areas.
• Raise the bar around you with your ideas and standards.

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrate a clear thesis for the role you want to build.
• Provide a 30/60/90 day plan with specific outputs.
• Show a portfolio of past work including built, shipped, or grown projects.
• Articulate a point of view on the GTM engineering profession.
