You'll join Premier Medical as a Board-Certified Family or Internal Medicine Physician delivering value-based primary care to a diverse patient population in The Villages, Florida. • Provide comprehensive primary care with focus on chronic disease management and preventive care.
• Practice according to Value-Based Care principles, tracking quality metrics and closing care gaps.
• Collaborate with care teams, specialists, and ancillary providers for coordinated care.
• Utilize EMR systems for accurate documentation, coding, and compliance with value-based programs.

📋 Requirements

• Florida state medical license to practice medicine.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• 3+ years of primary care experience with demonstrated Value-Based Care experience.
• Knowledge of HCC/RAF coding and quality metrics (HEDIS, Stars).
