💼 About This Role

You'll join the Merchant Solutions team to build and enhance Olo Pay, a digital ordering and payments platform for restaurants. Your work will directly impact transaction processing, reconciliation, and merchant account management. You'll take ownership of complex features from concept to delivery in a fully remote, collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and implementation of complex features across multiple services.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and improve deployment automation.
• Participate in on-call rotation to maintain production systems.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Advanced proficiency in .NET/C#.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems design.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration.
• Familiarity with payment processing or fintech domains.
• Exposure to MongoDB Atlas.
