🎯 What You'll Do

• Define project governance, rituals, and responsibilities
• Manage client relationships and contractual compliance
• Identify and mitigate program risks
• Monitor project budget and profitability
• Staff project teams and manage ramp-up/down

📋 Requirements

• 10-15 years as Program Director or Delivery Manager
• Experience in ESN or consulting firms (Accenture, Capgemini, etc.)
• Managed complex fixed-price projects with multiple stakeholders
• Collaborated with C-level executives and project teams
