Description

You will collaborate with the GuidePoint Learning team and subject matter experts to design and develop engaging training materials, including e-learning modules and videos. You'll also maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), assist with course uploads, user management, and reporting, and help coach instructors to improve their delivery. This internship offers hands-on experience in instructional design and LMS administration within a cybersecurity firm.

Requirements

• Background in Instructional Design or Education (1-2 years work/coursework)
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and ID methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
• Proficiency in Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to analyze training needs and design curriculum
• Create e-learning modules, instructor-led training resources, videos, and job aids
• Support development of multimedia elements like graphics and animations
• Assist with LMS administration: course uploads, enrollments, user management, reporting
• Monitor learner progress, generate and analyze LMS reports
