Description

You will support the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, focusing on hiring Golang Engineers. Work closely with hiring managers and experienced recruiters to scale engineering teams, with a dedicated stream lead supporting your growth.

Requirements

• 1+ year IT recruitment experience
• Basic understanding of software development roles and tech stacks
• Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn or GetMatch
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for IT roles
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct search
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate hiring process
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to drive hiring decisions
