• Manage vehicle movement through entrance and exit gates.

• Assist with badge creation, CCTV review, and incident response.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle conflict situations positively.
• Proven decision-making in a complex environment.

• Knowledge of CCTV, RFID, and card access technology.
