💼 About This Role

You'll lead full-stack engineering on the Disputes Intake team, building member-facing and internal tools that help recover funds. Your work will evolve static workflows into intelligent experiences that improve claim quality and reduce friction. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, and operations teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and delivery of high-impact full-stack projects.
• Build and evolve frontend apps, backend services, and APIs.
• Partner with product, design, operations, and engineering teams.
• Drive system design and improve reliability, performance, and observability.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years software development in production at scale.
• Strong full-stack experience with user-facing apps and backend services.
• Proven experience with Ruby on Rails or comparable frameworks.
• Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML-powered systems, especially chat or voice workflows.
• Curiosity for ambiguous, high-impact problems.
