🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Manage behavioral symptoms in dementia
• Collaborate with primary care and facility partners
• Document care and manage patient panel

📋 Requirements

• Active PMHNP-BC license
• Experience in geriatric psychiatry or SNF/ALF settings
• Strong diagnostic and medication management skills
• Ability to practice independently in a team-based model
