🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage multiple crews and sites in DC Metro area.
• Read civil plans, proposals, and change orders.
• Communicate effectively with clients and office team.
• Operate transit for grade shooting and interpret cut sheets.

📋 Requirements

• Excavator, skid steer, and bulldozer operating skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Client-facing experience and professionalism.

• Knowledge of site work/utility work.
• Understanding of county codes for work regions.
• Safety knowledge beyond OSHA 30.
