You'll serve as Datadog's in-house product expert, resolving technical support requests and educating clients on platform use. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Engage with customers via ticketing system, live chat, and screensharing
- Reproduce technical issues and explore 1000+ integrations
- Become demo certified and lead a three-pillar demo
- Participate in product conversations with internal teams
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of multi-channel technical support at a SaaS company
- Experience using Zendesk or similar software
- Technical troubleshooting and/or programming experience
- Basic knowledge of Linux

- Experience with Jira or Confluence
- Self-motivated with continuous learning desire
