You'll serve as Datadog's in-house product expert, resolving technical support requests and educating clients on platform use.   • Engage with customers via ticketing system, live chat, and screensharing
  • Reproduce technical issues and explore 1000+ integrations
  • Become demo certified and lead a three-pillar demo
  • Participate in product conversations with internal teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of multi-channel technical support at a SaaS company
  • Experience using Zendesk or similar software
  • Technical troubleshooting and/or programming experience
  • Basic knowledge of Linux

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Jira or Confluence
  • Self-motivated with continuous learning desire
  • Effective written and verbal communication
