💼 About This Role

You'll sell exclusive sustainable cruises to the Galapagos Islands for Galapatours, a brand of Ventura TRAVEL. You'll advise clients via email, phone, and video chat, and negotiate deals with providers. This role offers the freedom to work remotely within US time zones and opportunities to visit the Galapagos.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise potential clients and help plan their trips via email, phone, and video chat
• Communicate with providers to confirm prices, block spaces, and negotiate deals
• Collaborate with marketing team to best market your trips
• Improve client experience before and after a sale

📋 Requirements

• At least 2+ years of sales experience with clear results
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts aligned to US time zones
• Native or near-native English (C2 level)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

• Speaks a second language
• Passionate about and has visited the Galapagos Islands
• Previous experience in Galapagos sales
