🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute to all phases of product development from ideation to iteration
• Build and evolve frontend product experiences and backend services
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for domain-specific use cases
• Design reliable, scalable backend services for AI features in production

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building production-grade software
• 3+ years hands-on experience with production AI features
• Experience fine-tuning and deploying LLMs
• Deep understanding of LLM evaluation methods

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with RAG pipelines
• Exposure to voice agents or AI task automation
