Description
You will lead training operations and curriculum development for intelligence missions, developing and delivering training materials across multiple U.S. locations. Your work ensures alignment with intelligence objectives and enhances mission readiness for military audiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience conducting training across multiple U.S. geographic locations.
- 5+ years of experience developing, drafting, and maintaining training materials or curricula.
- Demonstrated experience instructing military audiences in classroom and field environments.
- Strong understanding of training design methodologies and instructional standards.
- Ability to communicate complex intelligence concepts clearly.
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in an intelligence discipline within DoD or IC (within last 15 years), OR Associate's degree with 12+ years.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance or higher.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and deliver training materials supporting intelligence goals and tradecraft standards.
- Draft lesson plans, curricula, presentations, and instructional materials in alignment with education standards.
- Instruct and conduct training for military audiences in classroom and field environments.
- Develop dynamic blocks of instruction on topics like Information Sharing, Intelligence Reporting, Palantir Foundry, Boolean Logic, etc.
- Review and assess policy and doctrine publications for incorporation into training products.
- Provide feedback on doctrine changes and recommend curriculum updates.
- Manage training records and tracking systems using AGILE and TDC.
- Plan and conduct training events across multiple U.S. locations.
- Lead training initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders for effective delivery.
- Maintain oversight of training schedules, materials, and instructional effectiveness.
