You will lead the maintenance team at Toscana at Valley Ridge Apartments, ensuring residents feel at home by efficiently maintaining the property. Your role involves hiring, training, and supervising techs, resolving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, and managing the apartment turnover process to uphold high standards.

Requirements

• EPA certification Type II or Universal required
• Considerable experience troubleshooting HVAC
• Valid Driver's License required
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to ensure accident-free operation and adherence to safety codes

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team by example and ensure efficient property operations
• Hire, develop, and train technicians through on-the-job and classroom education
• Complete apartment service tickets with timely follow-up and meticulous attention
• Resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance maintenance issues
• Manage make-ready and apartment turnover process with attention to timeliness
