As our Technical Customer Support Manager, you'll be the bridge between our customers and development team, handling technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and creating educational content. Working in a fast-growing tech startup, you'll directly impact customer satisfaction and product improvement.
Requirements
- Qualified IT specialist or equivalent (e.g., system admin, network admin) or 2+ years IT support experience, or 3+ years real estate industry experience
- Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office
- Fluent German and good to very good English
- Strong customer focus and calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for all channels including webinars
Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs by understanding real estate agent requirements
- Handle user inquiries via ticketing system, independently and collaboratively
- Provide technical support via phone, chat, email, and remote tools
- Escalate unresolved issues to development as 3rd level support
- Create training videos, webinars, and FAQ articles
