Description

You will lead detailed planning (LP5) for timber residential projects, coordinating with engineering, MEP, and design disciplines to evolve our building product. Your work drives digital process improvements and ensures cost-effective, sustainable designs.

Requirements

• Min. 3 years project experience in LP5 in Germany
• Experience in residential buildings of building class 4/5
• Proficiency in relevant German regulations and codes
• Experience in timber construction
• Proficiency in Revit; AutoCAD and Rhino are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed planning (LP5) for timber residential buildings
• Implement state-of-the-art architectural and technical solutions
• Drive product evolution through series and change management
• Coordinate with engineering, MEP, building physics, acoustics, fire protection, and energy design
• Contribute to digital value chain improvement with product and technology teams
