You'll lead and motivate a regional team of Partnership and Learning Specialists to drive IXL usage and student growth across Texas. You'll set the vision and direction for the region, collaborate with Sales and Marketing to expand IXL's footprint. This remote role is for candidates located in Texas.

• Use data to identify trends and drive decision-making

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years managing professional development teams
• K-12 teaching experience with Texas education knowledge
• Experienced people manager fostering collaboration

• Familiarity with statewide initiatives in Texas
• Exceptional presentation skills
