💼 About This Role

You'll lead UX design for digital platforms, owning end-to-end from research to high-fidelity deliverables. Your work will drive customer engagement and design system contributions, ensuring accessibility and business alignment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own UX design end-to-end for portal surfaces and post-login experiences
• Drive design decisions from customer problem through hi-fi deliverable
• Contribute to design system with reusable components and interaction patterns
• Lead design critique and peer review sessions to elevate team quality

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of UX/product design experience with strong portfolio
• Deep expertise in modern design system tooling
• Systems thinker with ability to design scalable patterns
• Experience in agile delivery with close PM and engineering partnership

• Experience designing for web hosting, CMS, or SMB-facing products
• Comfortable in fast-moving, matrixed organization
