You'll lead a team of 50+ Drivers & Warehouse Operatives in a fast-growing distribution centre, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. You'll champion people, processes, and culture while resolving in-day jeopardy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of 50+ Drivers & Warehouse Operatives.
• Ensure site, yard, and fleet are clean, organised, and safe.
• Manage people, processes, performance, wellbeing, and culture.
• Resolve in-day operational jeopardy and customer escalations.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in a lead role in distribution or fleet management.
• Full UK Driving License with no more than 3 points.
• Computer literacy and comfort with new tech.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 06:00 – 22:00 any day.
