💼 About This Role

You'll join Crusoe's team to help build sustainable AI infrastructure by mastering hardware from lab bring-up to data center scale. You'll troubleshoot high-speed interconnects like PCIe and InfiniBand and use Python automation to find hardware flaws faster.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Perform hardware bring-up and validation of new server platforms.
  • Troubleshoot high-speed links, data fabrics, and storage subsystems.
  • Develop Python/Shell scripts to automate repetitive testing.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and software engineering teams.

📋 Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (graduating Dec '25 – May '26).
  • Strong computer architecture fundamentals (CPU, memory, I/O).
  • Experience with lab tools like oscilloscopes or multimeters.
  • Ability to write scripts (Python preferred) for problem-solving.
