💼 About This Role

You'll combine people leadership, delivery oversight, and subject-matter expertise across multiple clients and countries. You will be accountable for raising the standard of delivery excellence and developing talent while staying connected to complex client engagements. This role helps clients implement and optimise Kraken's communications systems: Voice, Ink, and Transactional Comms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set regional vision and motivate client delivery leads
• Manage growth and performance of CDLs
• Drive client-product alignment and global roadmap influence
• Monitor high-impact programs and minimise time to value

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex client delivery in multi-country environments
• Direct people management experience with coaching and development skills
• Familiarity with multi-channel communications platforms (telephony, email/chat)
• Proven technology migration or platform onboarding delivery experience
