You'll design and oversee ABA treatment programs for children with Autism at Kind Behavioral Health. Your work will directly impact client outcomes and family quality of life. You'll collaborate with a supportive team focused on clinical excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct behavior assessments and design treatment plans
• Supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs)
• Provide family training and parent education
• Attend monthly client outcomes and team meetings

📋 Requirements

• BCBA certification in good standing
• 1+ years experience in ABA
• Experience with ASD preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
