💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the first-tee host and on-course player assistant at Rodeo Dunes, a new world-class public golf resort in Colorado. You'll ensure seamless tee time execution and optimal pace of play while delivering exceptional Western hospitality. This role offers a chance to be part of a startup golf destination from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Host the first tee with a welcoming, informative introduction
• Manage the daily tee sheet for punctual, well-spaced groups
• Monitor pace of play and engage with players on course
• Enforce course policies calmly and professionally

📋 Requirements

• Previous golf experience (playing or working) preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to balance hospitality with operational discipline
• Self-starter mentality for independent outdoor work
