  • Troubleshoot customer issues across hardware, software, and networking systems
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions with accuracy
  • Manage multiple requests simultaneously in a high-volume environment
  • Leverage AI tools to support daily workflows and improve response quality

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in technical support or help desk
  • Advanced English fluency required (spoken and written)
  • Working knowledge of PC and Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
