- Troubleshoot customer issues across hardware, software, and networking systems
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions with accuracy
- Manage multiple requests simultaneously in a high-volume environment
- Leverage AI tools to support daily workflows and improve response quality
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience in technical support or help desk
- Advanced English fluency required (spoken and written)
- Working knowledge of PC and Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
