Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) with healthcare terminology
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Technologically savvy and quick to learn new software
  • Composure and compassion when handling high volume of tasks

Responsibilities

  • Learn health insurance, benefits and network plans to solve member problems through research, technology, and empathy
  • Connect with members via phone, email and chat to address and resolve inquiries
  • Collaborate with teammates to find strategic solutions to member issues
  • Support and cultivate office culture aligned with Collective Health values
