Requirements

• 5+ years digital marketing experience, 3+ years in agency setting
• 3+ years hands-on SEM experience with large enterprise accounts
• Significant campaign management in Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display, Local, or Bing Ads
• 2+ years management experience
• Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media analytics

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of 4+ direct reports
• Handle complex client accounts with high-quality execution and strategic thinking
• Proactively drive client growth and revenue retention
• Identify opportunities to improve team skills and operations
• Utilize AI and Power Digital's Nova ecosystem for optimization
