Description
You will oversee daily operations of the Key Account Management Team in Argentina, driving high performance and supporting team development. Act as a Player-Coach, managing a group of VIP customers while leading and mentoring your team to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Proven experience as Team Leader in gambling, online gaming or betting industry
- Experience managing VIP or high-net-worth customers in gambling sector
- Familiarity with retention strategies, loyalty programs and promotional campaigns
- Native Spanish speaker and excellent command of English
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of Key Accounts Team and coordinate tasks
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members for professional growth
- Deliver exceptional proactive service to Key Accounts to enhance retention
- Directly manage a group of VIP accounts with personal high-quality service
- Ensure high performance in KA segment meeting KPIs (active customers, retention, GGR)
