You will oversee daily operations of the Key Account Management Team in Argentina, driving high performance and supporting team development. Act as a Player-Coach, managing a group of VIP customers while leading and mentoring your team to enhance customer retention and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience as Team Leader in gambling, online gaming or betting industry
  • Experience managing VIP or high-net-worth customers in gambling sector
  • Familiarity with retention strategies, loyalty programs and promotional campaigns
  • Native Spanish speaker and excellent command of English

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Key Accounts Team and coordinate tasks
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members for professional growth
  • Deliver exceptional proactive service to Key Accounts to enhance retention
  • Directly manage a group of VIP accounts with personal high-quality service
  • Ensure high performance in KA segment meeting KPIs (active customers, retention, GGR)
